The Luna Collection’ is based around animals associated with the moon, in 12 of the full moons that happen through the year.

The Buck Moon is the full Moon in July, and is thought to originate from Native American culture. Specifically, 'Buck Moon' refers to the fact that July is the time of year when male deer - known as 'bucks' - begin to grow their antlers, and just as a buck's antlers grow quickly in the summer, the energy of nature becomes vigorous and strong during the month of July! is considered a powerful time for increased determination and self-awareness. The Moon is linked to emotions and inner experiences, while deer traditionally represent sensitivity and emotional depth. Together, they can illustrate a journey of self-discovery and emotional exploration. I have used a Red Deer stag in this piece as it’s my favourite species of deer, being Scottish myself.
